Cookie Policy

Do we use cookies?

Not at the moment. Hoops Journey does not set cookies and does not load analytics or advertising scripts.

Local storage

The site uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) for a few device-only features. All keys start with hj-:

• hj-progress-v1 — reading list, journey steps, daily puzzle results, a puzzle in progress, favorites, story brackets and your pickup lineup
• hj-guess-* and hj-hl-* — Guess the Player results and Higher or Lower best streaks by category and data version (older visits may also have hj-higherlower-best)
• hj-debug — only if you switch on the developer debug mode yourself; it records nothing by default

Local records are not automatically sent to us or to third parties. Sharing a card or a text result sends only what you choose to share. You can export your progress record or clear all game storage on Your progress, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

If this changes

Before we add analytics or advertising cookies we will update this page and the privacy policy, and show a consent message where the law requires one.
